England's ICC Women's World Cup schedule revealed

Image: Heather Knight's England will play at four separate venues in the ICC World Cup group stage

England's ICC Women's World Cup schedule will see them play at all four group-stage venues, starting with a showdown against India on Saturday.

Heather Knight's team will begin their tournament against India in Derby on June 24 before moving on to Leicester, Taunton and then Bristol for meetings with Pakistan, Sri Lanka and South Africa.

Bristol and Derby share their remaining three round-robin games against Australia, New Zealand and West Indies.

Knight said: "We are incredibly excited to get the chance to play in front of home crowds at every World Cup ground.

"Our fans are the best in the world and we can't wait to get out there and perform in front of them. Hopefully the next generation of England cricketers will also be there watching us.

"Playing in a home World Cup is the pinnacle tournament for all of us. The team is feeling confident after an exciting 2016 and we can't wait to get started."
