Scotland claimed an historic six-run victory over England with Calum MacLeod hitting a stunning 140no as the hosts made 371-5, their highest ODI total, before bowling England out for 365.

Watch highlights from Scotland's innings in the video above as MacLeod (140no off 94 balls) slammed his seventh ODI century to help Kyle Coetzer's men best the 341-9 they recorded against Canada in Christchurch in 2014, a game in which MacLeod blazed a career-best 175.

Jonny Bairstow (105 off 59) hit a magnificent 54-ball century as England made a blistering start to their chase and looked on course to coast to victory before a mid-innings collapse allowed Scotland back into the game.

Moeen Ali (46) and Plunkett (47no) appeared to have recovered the situation but the former's dismissal to the impressive Mark Watt (3-55) provided another twist and with seven needed from eight balls, Mark Wood was trapped plumb in front by Safyaan Sharif to seal a famous win.
