In a 180 degree turn on the spicy pitch seen on day two, Bob said the pitch had gone to sleep on a wicketless day which saw captain Jason Holder smash an unbeaten double century.

Bob described the visitors' bowling attack as "toothless", adding that half of the team would need to re-establish themselves in the Test side following a poor day in the field.

Dominic chose instead to focus on the hosts and their majestic batting, recalling that a lot of people had predicted Holder's side would lose the series 3-0 to England.

Both Bob and Dominic were full of praise for Holder, with the former claiming the 27-year-old "out Viv'd" Sir Vivian Richards - as he smashed eight sixes in his innings.

The Windies' tactic of waiting to declare to ensure that England's bowlers were kept out on the pitch for as long as possible, with back-to-back Tests to be played, was also seen as a clever move.

Although England's bowlers suffered a torrid day, Dominic was quick to point out that their batsmen had failed miserably in the first innings and were culpable for the position Joe Root's side are in.

However, with Keaton Jennings and Rory Burns having managed to navigate a tricky 20 overs at the end of the day, Bob believes it will be important for all of England's batsmen to spend time at the crease getting used to playing against the hosts' pace attack for the remaining Tests - even if this match is almost certainly lost!
