Nottinghamshire's 100 per cent record in the Royal London One-Day Cup came to an end as they were skittled for 121 during a five-wicket defeat to Worcestershire at New Road.

The Outlaws, who had won five on the spin heading into the match to open up a two-point lead at the top of the North Group, were rolled in 32 overs - Chris Nash (51) the only batsman to make a score of note for the visitors as Wayne Parnell snared 5-24 for the hosts. SCORECARD

Four of Notts' top seven recorded ducks, with former South Africa seamer Parnell inflicting that fate on captain Steven Mullaney and Tom Moores during a three-wicket 16th over in which he also ousted Samit Patel (12).

Parnell then took the final two scalps to complete his five-for - Worcestershire only requiring nine wickets with Paul Coughlin having retired hurt after pulling up while running.

Worcestershire slipped to 93-5 in the run chase before Tom Fell (48no) and Ross Whiteley (16no) guided their team home in 25.1 overs and up to second in the table, above Lancashire and Durham on net run-rate.

Spinner Nathan Sowter picked up 3-50 from his 10 overs to take his tally of wickets in the competition to 18, just two behind Lancashire paceman Saqib Mahmood.

Vasconcelos' 112 and fifties from Josh Cobb and Richard Levi lifted Northants to 351 all out in 49.3 overs, but the Steelbacks would have hoped for more before they were checked by late wickets.

Yorkshire were 128-1 after 20.5 overs before the rain delay and would have won on DLS at that point had no further play been possible - but the game restarted with the away side needing a further 47 from 4.1 overs.

Steven Patterson's team reached their target with two balls to spare, helped by Gary Ballance striking three sixes in a row off Rob Keogh.

Northants' Ian Holland took a magnificent catch off his own bowling to dismiss Yorkshire's Tom Kohler-Cadmore for 67 in the One-Day Cup.

Yorkshire now have six points from as many games but Northants's fifth defeat in six has ended their hopes of making the top three.
