Former England bowler Dominic Cork has agreed to provide coaching support for Derbyshire as they target a domestic cup double.
Cork, who played 37 Tests and 32 ODIs for England between 1995 and 2003 claiming 172 wickets, is to get involved on a temporary basis as the county push for quarter-final places in the NatWest T20 Blast and the Royal London Cup.
He played 158 first-class matches for the county over a 13-year period until 2003.
Derbyshire's advisory director Kevin Dean told the club website: "This is a crucial period for the club as we push for a quarter-final spot in both white ball competitions over the next fortnight.
"Dominic is an experienced cricketer who knows how to win, claiming silverware with both Derbyshire and Hampshire during his playing career.
"He will provide specialist support to the team, as and when it is required, during what is a busy few weeks of cricket."
