Holland bowler Timm van der Gugten has joined Glamorgan on a three-year deal.
The 24-year-old made his Netherlands debut against Afghanistan in March 2012 and has played four one-day internationals and 19 Twenty20 matches for the nation.
One of those was at the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 in Bangladesh, where the medium-fast bowler took the wicket of Eoin Morgan in Netherlands' 45-run victory over England.
Sydney-born Van der Gugten made his first-class bow for New South Wales in 2011 and since 2012 has played for Tasmania and the Hobart Hurricanes in Australia.
"I am thrilled to be joining Glamorgan," Van der Gugten told the club's official website.
"I have always been keen to play county cricket and I am pleased to have joined such an ambitious and passionate county."
Glamorgan chief executive Hugh Morris said: "Timm is a talented quick bowler who has stood out for Netherlands and has the potential to forge a successful county career."
Van der Gugten is the second bowler to arrive at Glamorgan this week following the arrival of Middlesex seamer Harry Podmore on loan.
Former MCC Young Cricketer Podmore, 21, is available for the club's first six Division Two championship matches.
