England Test captain Alastair Cook reveals what his favourite Ashes memory.

Alastair Cook will lead England into Ashes battle at Cardiff aiming to regain the urn he lifted in 2013.

Ahead of the first Investec Test, coverage of which begins at 10am this Wednesday on Sky Sports Ashes, the England captain ran us through his own daily countdown.
