Skysports.com looks at the women on the arms of past and present Ashes cricketers.
Andrew Flintoff has dominated the column inches in recent days with on-looking wife Rachael spotted clapping loud and proud in the crowd following his heroics in the second Test at Lord's.
However, 'Mrs. Fred' is not the only high-profile WAG to be seated in the crowds supporting her hubby in the battle for the little urn.
So here at
skysports.com we have taken it upon ourselves to put together a Top 10 Ashes WAGS for your perusal.
Lara Bingle
Australia vice-captain Michael Clarke impressed on the pitch with his maiden Ashes century on English soil at Lord's and he looks to have excelled off it as well. 'Pup', as he is affectionately known by his peers, is currently engaged to Aussie beauty Lara - a 22-year-old swimwear model from New South Wales -struth! Reports from Down Under have claimed that Clarke and Aussie team-mate Simon Katich nearly came to blows after Pup once attempted to sneak off from a team gathering to see his other half... You can hardly blame him.
Jessica Bratich
He may have lost his radar with the ball, however Aussie quick Mitchell Johnson has certainly hit the target with stunning fiancée Jessica. However, Johnson better start finding his form, or the feisty brunette - a former karate champion - may get angry!
When asked whether Australia had a compulsory sex-before-the-match policy, she was quoted as saying: "There's no policy in writing, but I think what happens in the bedroom should stay in the bedroom."
Jessica Taylor
Also breezing her way into the Top 10 is Kevin Pietersen's pop star wife Jessica. Undoubtedly a great catch from the South Africa-born Englishman, Jessica was part of Brit Award winning pop group
Liberty X before turning her hand to modelling.
And whilst KP was losing a Test series in the West Indies in the winter, 29-year-old Jess took part in reality TV show
'Dancing on Ice', and finished third.
Rachael Flintoff
'Mrs Freddie' aka Rachael Flintoff is the women primed with taming larger than life, beer drinking, pedalo sinking husband Andrew. The England all-rounder was bowled over by the brunette babe when the pair met at Edgbaston cricket ground and they went on to tie the knot in 2002.
Berkshire-born Rachael has been described as a businesswoman with a strong sensible streak, who wouldn't stand for any nonsense. And it is a good job.
Tamsyn Lewis
On the arm of Australia's second-choice wicketkeeper Graham Monou is Aussie athlete Tasmsyn. The 31-year-old blonde is perhaps more well know Down Under than Manou after claiming three gold medals at the Commonwealth games as part of the Aussie 4x400m relay team.
And in 2008 the Melbourne stunner struck gold in the 800m final at the Valencia World Indoor Games. Now that is one sporty couple!
Haley Bracken
Why get selected for the Test team when you can spend more time with your model wife? That must be the ethos for Australia left-armer Nathan Bracken. The English public may catch a glimpse of heavenly Haley when Bracken jets over to England as part of the Aussie one-day squad to contest the seven-match ODI series.
Lee Furlong
Injury-ravaged Aussie all-rounder Shane Watson will take comfort from the fact he has 2008 World No.1 cricket WAG Lee to nurse him. The blonde bombshell is the Aussie equivalent to Sky Sports' very own Georgie Thompson with her presenting role on Fox Sports.
After winning the online poll for sexiest cricket WAG last year, Lee was recently pipped by Elin Nordegren, the Swedish wife of Tiger Woods in the world vote. Good work Shane.
Ruth McDonald
Wife of England captain Andrew Strauss, Aussie actress Ruth may be forgiven for having split loyalties during the Ashes series. Ex-public schoolboy Strauss wed his beloved in 2003 after meeting in a Sydney bar five years ago.
Talented and ambitious actress Ruth performs on the London fringe and has previously been dubbed as Strauss' 'lucky charm' as her attendance at matches usually prompts a big score.
Liz Kemp
While none of the current crop of English cricketers have been divorced, the Aussies have not quite been as successful. Aussie quick Brett Lee split with wife Liz in 2008 after two years of marriage and the birth of child Preston.
Kemp, 31, grew up in Queensland and quit her job to start a family with Lee before the marriage took a turn for the worse.
Georgie Willis
Aussie opener Simon Katich is better known for his less attractive batting style, however wife Georgie certainly adds some gloss to the Western Australian's profile. Georgie in one of the least high-profile WAGS in the Aussie line-up and the couple have been quoted as a pair who 'go about their business quietly' - very much like the left-hander's batting.
