Tottenham midfielder has fallen down the pecking order under Antonio Conte; Winks has been told to find a new club this summer; Spurs have signed Yves Bissouma on four-year deal

Everton are interested in signing Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks, who has been told by Spurs to find a new club this summer.
Winks, 26, made just nine starts in the Premier League for Spurs last season with his last full 90 minutes coming in February in the 4-0 win over Leeds at Elland Road.
And Everton boss Frank Lampard has given the green light for initial talks with Tottenham.
Winks has been capped 10 times for England but hasn't been selected by Gareth Southgate since November 2020.
Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma has signed for Tottenham on a four-year deal, further strengthening Antonio Conte's side in that area of the pitch.

"Frank Lampard has understandably been forced to be cautiously selective with his transfer targets so far this summer.
"The expectation is for there to be a bid at some point for Everton's two most prized assets, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison, but Lampard can only spend what comes into the club.
"With that in mind, the need to bolster areas that have been depleted through player departures has to be achieved with a dose of realism and no shortage of creativity.
"Defender James Tarkowski is arriving on a free transfer from relegated Burnley while Harry Winks would bring further experience to the midfield having made 128 Premier League appearances with Tottenham.
"Detractors will point towards the two league goals and three assists he has mustered in those games, but Winks has been in need of a move for some time - and he more than holds his own when compared to Everton's under-performing midfielders last season.
"He is more progressive than the departing Fabian Delph, whose strength is recovering the ball but not necessarily playing purposeful passes with it.
"Unfancied by a string of Spurs managers since Mauricio Pochettino, under whom he earned the first of 10 England caps, Winks can resurrect his career under Lampard at Goodison Park. He needs a move, greater responsibility and he could thrive in new surroundings outside of his comfort zone.
"He still has two years remaining on his current Spurs contract, so Everton would ideally want to secure a loan move than meet the £20m valuation of the player.
"Winks would be reunited with Dele Alli, who joined Everton from Tottenham on an initial free transfer with appearance-related add-ons.
"For a club like Everton, there is a waiting game. Tottenham's signing of Yves Bissouma has allowed the Winks move to develop.
"Lampard is waiting to see where - and indeed if - Conor Gallagher fits into Thomas Tuchel's plans at Chelsea. That is another potential moving piece.
"Emmanuel Dennis at Watford has been linked as a potential Richarlison replacement. For now, Lampard must push on with targeting the low-hanging fruit readily plucked from the Tottenham tree."
Ajax will make another offer for Tottenham winger Steven Bergwijn, but Spurs will not entertain bids under £25m.
The Dutch club, who have wanted Bergwijn since January, are set to step up their interest in the 24-year-old after they agreed to sell striker Sebastien Haller to Borussia Dortmund for £30.2m.
Bergwijn wants first-team football ahead of this winter's World Cup in Qatar and is keen to sign for Ajax.
Tottenham believe the Dutchman still has a big future elsewhere.
