The European Tour welcomes a new tournament and venue to its international schedule this week. Although this will be the fifth occasion on which the Iskandar Johor Open has been held, in 2011 it becomes a co-sanctioned event for the first time. With a full field of 156 players, the tournament is part of both the Asian and European tours. And for the second year in a row the event is being staged at Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club where Padraig Harrington arrives as the defending champion. At just under 7,000 yards in length, Horizon is a spacious venue designed by Ross Watson. Situated in Johor, close to the southern edge of the Malaysian peninsular, Horizon is just a few miles from the island of Singapore. So who's teeing-up on Thursday? Jamie Donaldson: Yet to win on Tour but is one of the most consistent players of recent months. Five of his last eight trips to Asia have yielded top-10 finishes. Anthony Kim: Arrives from Singapore where the young American missed out on a play-off by one shot on Sunday. Joost Luiten: Has performed admirably during 2011 but without entering the winner's enclosure. Has had six top-10s since the end of May, and was tied for fifth in Singapore. James Morrison: Opened with a 62 in Singapore and went on to finish eighth. Louis Oosthuizen: Maintained his good recent form with a tie for third at Sentosa at the weekend. Camilo Villegas: The athletic Colombian is enjoying his best form of the season, having struggled earlier in the year. Has had four top 10s in his last five starts including a tied fourth at the Asia Pacific Classic last month in Kuala Lumpur.
