The Italian, who started from pole, gave his Castrol Honda team their first WTCC victory by leading from start to finish in race one.
Tarquini's team-mates Tiago Monteiro and Norbert Michelisz were second and third as Honda locked out the podium.
BMW's Tom Coronel matched Tarquini with a lights-to-flag performance in race two, finishing ahead of Chevrolet's Yvan Muller and Tarquini.
The results saw Tarquini close the gap on championship leader Muller to 24 points after six rounds of the season.
