David Florence and Richard Hounslow struck team gold for GB Canoeing at the European Championships in Augsburg on Sunday. Florence and Hounslow had to settle for fourth place in the final of the canoe double (C2) but led from the start to win the C2M teams final. Earlier Fiona Pennie had claimed a bronze in the women's kayak single (K1) after qualifying for the final in seventh place. Britain's two medals on Sunday followed on from a silver for Mallory Franklin in Saturday's women's canoe singles (C1)
