A majority skysports.com readers are convinced Rafael Nadal can go on to eclipse Roger Federer's record of 17 grand slam titles following his US Open final victory over Novak Djokovic.
A 22-match winning streak on a surface once considered his least favourite has left him on the brink of reclaiming the ATP World Tour No 1 spot, sitting a meagre 120 points behind Djokovic with none to defend for the remainder of the year. It now looks inevitable that Nadal will end 2013 as the No 1, but whether he will ever be considered the greatest of all time is still very much up for debate.
