French keep wild cards at home

Lleyton Hewitt and Brian Baker had already been given wild cards

Home players have been handed all the remaining wild cards for the forthcoming French Open. Former Australian Open finalist Arnaud Clement, now 34, heads the list. He is joined by former world number 12 Paul Henri Mathieu, who spent a long spell out of the game with a groin injury, Jonathan Dasnieres de Veigy, Adrian Mannarino, Eric Prodon and Guillaume Rufin. Lleyton Hewitt and Brian Baker had already been given wild cards. In the women's singles, Aravane Rezai is given the chance ot return to Roland Garros. The former top-20 player has slipped out of the top 100 following illness. She is joined by Kristina Mladenovic, the 2009 junior champion, and Caroline Garcia, who pushed Maria Sharapova all the way in last year's tournament. Claire Feuerstein, Victoria Larriere and Irena Pavlovic are also handed main-draw spots. Australian Ashleigh Barty and American Melanie Oudin had already secured their wild cards. Qualifying gets under way on Tuesday, with the tournament proper starting on May 27.
