WTA Tour: New grass-court event for 2016

A new women's grass-court event is to be held on the Spanish island of Mallorca starting in 2016.
The 32-player tournament will take place two weeks before Wimbledon.
The WTA Tour believe the new addition "will strengthen the grass-court season leading up to Wimbledon."
The complex will have five natural grass courts, with construction and maintenance to be carried out in collaboration with The All England Lawn Tennis Club.
It will be staged in the middle slot of an expanded three-week grass-court swing between the French Open and Wimbledon.
