Sixth seed to face Wozniacki in California final

Jelena Jankovic cruised into the final of the BNP Paribas Open with a 6-2 6-4 victory over Samantha Stosur in Indian Wells. The sixth seed broke her opponent twice in each set to wrap up a straight-forward success in an hour and 28 minutes. Eighth-seeded Australian Stosur is projected to break into the world's top-10 for the first time on Monday but struggled to find her best form against the former world number one. Stosur hit 36 unforced errors and four double faults to give the Serbian a helping hand into her first final of the year. "She was serving bombs out there and it was so tough for me to return," said Jankovic. "I was thinking: 'How can I do it?' I tried to stay focused on my returns. It was a really good win for me. "I haven't been doing well in the last couple of tournaments. Hopefully I can do it on Sunday." She will face second seed Caroline Wozniacki in the final after the talented Dane posted a solid victory over Agnieszka Radwanska. The Danish teenager rarely looked troubled as she raced to a 6-2 6-3 win over the fifth-seeded Pole in one hour 38 minutes. Wozniacki held her nerve better on the big points, converting five of 10 break-point chances while saving seven of eight break-point opportunities against her.
