Luis Hernandez nearing Leicester exit after completing medical with Malaga - Sky sources

Leicester City defender Luis Hernandez is close to agreeing a deal to join La Liga side Malaga – just seven months after coming to England - according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News HQ understands Hernandez has now completed a medical in Spain, and only has to agree personal terms before signing his new contract.

The 27-year-old was Leicester's first signing of last summer, following their sensational Premier League title win, and the versatile defender agreed a four-year deal.

But the former Sporting Gijon man has only started two Premier League games this season for the Foxes and his last appearance was at Bournemouth on December 13.
