Winger Iffy Allen signs a one-year deal with Yeovil Town

Winger Iffy Allen has signed a one-year deal with Yeovil following a successful trial spell.

The 21-year-old, who started his career at Fulham, has been at Huish Park for a month and produced an impressive display in the recent friendly with Torquay.

Manager Paul Sturrock told the club's official website: "Iffy came to us with no real background after a spell at Barnet, where he only played a few games.

"He is a very exciting winger and his potential is huge. He showed glimpses of his potential against Torquay in the friendly last week.

"Iffy knows where the goal is and likes to get crosses into the box - there is no substitute for pace a guile. We have have taken a chance on him and it is up to him to force himself into the team."
