Northampton midfielder Danny Rose has been offered a new contract but Josh Lelan is one of four players to be released by the League Two champions.
Rose made 15 appearances after moving to Sixfields from Oxford on a deal until the end of the season in February and the 28-year-old has earned an extended stay. Academy midfielder Shaun McWilliams has also been offered a two-year professional contract.
However, right-back Lelan, midfielder Paul Corry, winger Chris Hackett and left-back Evan Horwood have all been allowed to leave after their contracts expired.
