Wolves have signed full-back Barry Douglas from Turkish club Konyaspor for an undisclosed fee.

The 27-year-old Scot has penned an initial two-year contract, with the Championship side having the option to extend it for a further year.

Douglas, who has also played for Queen's Park, Dundee United and Polish side Lech Poznan, told wolves.co.uk: "I am happy to be here and can't wait to get going. I know Wolves are a big club and that this is an exciting challenge for me.

"I share the ambition to play at the highest level possible and at a club like Wolves the opportunity is there to push for promotion and play in the Premier League."
