Pedro's Chelsea move was the most talked-about transfer on Twitter this summer, while Sky Sports News HQ's Jim White attracted plenty of attention on Deadline Day.
Spain international Pedro's switch from Barcelona to Chelsea beat Bastian Schweinsteiger's transfer to Manchester United into second place, with Raheem Sterling's Liverpool to Manchester City trade third.

Meanwhile, David de Gea's collapsed move to Real Madrid was the most-discussed rumour, according to official Twitter data relating to Premier League terms.
The De Gea saga, coupled with big-money signings Memphis Depay, Morgan Schneiderlin and Anthony Martial, helped Manchester United to top spot when it comes to the most-discussed teams, ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool.

De Gea was also the most-discussed individual on Deadline Day, following his failed transfer to the Bernabeu, with Arsene Wenger second, despite the Arsenal boss not making any signings.
Surprise Manchester United new boy Martial took third, while in fourth, just ahead of Saido Berahino, was Sky Sports News HQ presenter Jim White, who presented the dramatic finale to the transfer window.
