Verdict

Nathans Pride is yet another on tonight’s card bidding to follow up a victory from last year. He’s 5lb higher and has only run twice since but will have not appreciated recent rain. Jacks Last Hope conjured a late burst to score at Perth but is now on a career-high mark. Dell' Arca got back to winning ways at Ascot last month and Cheltenham second Lithic is still progressing, though closely matched with Classic Tune on the form book. The four-year-old Zalvados was third over 2m here last month and Clondaw Kaempfer is a previous course and distance winner with FREE STONE HILL (NAP) is still at the right end of the handicap and may be capable of completing the hat-trick.
