        Verdict

        There are some nicely-bred newcomers here so Christopher Wood may not have things his own way with his penalty for a narrow victory at Salisbury. Champs De Reves showed the benefit of his opening run when narrowly beaten into third at Chepstow where he may have won if getting the run of the race. Galactic didn't do much wrong at Haydock though the stable are also represented by the 55,000 euros colt Tigre Du Terre, whose dam has produced winners with her first two foals. Freebe Rocks is the first foal of a 7f winner but it's LAUGH A MINUTE who catches the eye from a yard in top form as he's a half-brother to two winners at this trip.
