In depth

Verdict

Plenty with claims including Alphabetical Order, who has been hurdling but has won off similar marks on the Flat before. Hediddodinthe and Archibelle scored over 2m on the all-weather earlier this year while Dew Pond missed the whole of 2017 but has won off a higher mark in the past. Question Of Faith won in soft ground over track and trip last season, though winning hurdler Uptown Funk has yet to score on the level. BRAES OF LOCHALSH is looking to end a long losing run but a recent third over 1m5f here suggests he’s slipped far enough down the weights to get his head back in front and he gets the vote.
