Verdict

A tricky opener given those with the best form could have had more luck with the draw. One of those is PERFECT SYMPHONY, who was six lengths clear of the rest when going close on his racecourse debut at Carlisle. Dandy Highwayman was runner-up in a seller at Musselburgh on his introduction and Mary Brady was placed at Thirsk last month. Harbour Lightning drops down in trip after disappointing at Hamilton while the newcomer Dusty Bin is also drawn high. Both Ray Donovan and Flash Of White exit a low draw but have shown little so far.
