        Verdict

Tim Easterby sent out the winner of this last year and looks to have found a good opportunity for ART DZEKO to open his account. His ability to handle the going has to be taken on trust but his comeback third at Wolverhampton is the best piece of form on offer. Rock Canyon has failed to reproduce the form of last year's sixth at Epsom in four subsequent starts and Hopes Rebellion has been well beaten since finishing third at Musselburgh in June. Son Of May has run his best races at Southwell and could prove suited to today's surface but it's hard to make any sort of case for the remainder.
