In depth

Verdict

Sacred Square gets first-time blinkers after going very close at Leicester last week. He'll figure again if the headgear brings about improvement but THE SCUTTLER is just preferred. A 6lb penalty for Tuesday's win at Pontefract is halved by Charlie Bishop's allowance and he can land a quick double. Peak Storm recorded a double at this track earlier in the year but has looked to be treading water off higher marks in subsequent starts and Offbeat Safaris makes more appeal on the back of a recent second at Bath off today's mark.
