In depth

Verdict

A slightly disappointing turn out for a decent prize. Both Vainglory and Postscript made poor efforts to follow-up recent victories when finishing nearly last in separate races at Sandown last time. FEHAYDI looks a safer proposition as he wasn't beaten that far when seventh in the Britannia at Ascot last month and Willie Haggas' colt is the one to beat if repeating that effort. The Cayterers ended last season with a victory at Goodwood but still makes more appeal than both Shahdaroba and Flashlight despite returning off a 5lb higher mark.
