In depth

Verdict

Twobeelucky showed promise for Mark Johnston on testing ground at Nottingham and his dam won on the all-weather. Red Rannagh pulled much too hard when a close third over 7f here last time. He stayed on strongly in the closing stages and should get into the frame while Oscar Dominguez also came home nicely in the same race and is another who will be well suited by the extra. The latter's yard is also represented by Lord Biggie, who is a half-brother to five winners, mostly over middle distances. The race won by Agent Of Chaos over the course and distance a fortnight ago could hold the key to this. MARKHAN ran a cracking race to be beaten just a length with Ebadan the same distance away in third and Zoravan close behind in fifth. All of that trio are entitled to improve again and it's the former who just gets the vote in a tougher than usual maiden for the track.
