    Verdict

Despite her penalty SYNTHE DAVIS looks the horse to beat. Laura Mongan's charge has won two of her last three, and her only defeat (over this course and distance) came when she nearly took the roots out of the second flight of hurdles. Kasban operated at a fair level on the flat and this well-bred individual is not discounted on this hurdling bow despite a lengthy absence, whilst Spent struggled to convert good chances earlier in the year and is taken on for that reason. Bright Decision needs to step up massively on two midfield finishes in bumpers, leaving Quatuor Collonges to complete the line-up. Having been beaten a total of 229 lengths at combined odds of 500/1, he appears unlikely to trouble the principles.
