Verdict

BID ART goes well here and may be capable of making all to record his second career win. He caught a tartar in Morestead last time and another good run from that gelding earlier on the card will to some extent boost confidence. Trip and ground suit Jamie Snowden's five-year-old and he may be able to dictate with no other obvious front-runner. Buailteoir enjoys faster ground than this best of all and comes here 7lb higher than when winning at Plumpton and this drop in trip is not ideal, so with topweight he is worth taking on. Nono Le Sage has a fair bit to prove after recent efforts and Rince Donn is better with cut in the ground so the tentative suggestion is Bid Art.
