Brian Meehan has won this twice in recent years and Flywheel will have derived considerable benefit from her debut at Lingfield. Hasbah ran very well until tiring close home in a strong maiden won by Hasopop at Yarmouth and looks a threat to all with progress guaranteed and though Malilla was last of four on her debut at Ascot she will have found 5f too short and will appreciate the quicker ground. Cut No Ice was a close third behind subsequent winner Ollie Olga at Newbury and can improve again but the form pick has to be PEARL SEA, who split a pair of highly-rated Godolphin fillies at Newmarket. There are some choicely-bred newcomers on show of which Arbaah catches the eye as she's the fifth foal of a mare who has already produced four winners.
