In depth

Verdict

Fascinating to see Lord Redsgirth entered as he's all set to contest a novice chase on the opening day of the two-day meeting. He's clear on official ratings here and could outclass these rivals but he's a quirky sort and GRAND LAHOU is taken to have his measure moving into this lowly grade for the first time. Tim Vaughan's charge overcame Tindaro in a useful Stratford handicap earlier this term, form that would normally be well above the required level to land a seller. However, this is an above-average contest for the grade with Definite All Star, a stable companion of Lord Redsgirth, also dropping to this grade for the first time. The unexposed Wind Shuffle is not to be taken lightly either and looks the best of Lucinda Russell's four entries.
