In depth

Verdict

There's every chance this marathon trip will suit Irish import Gleannacreim, who has his first start for Tim Vaughan here. John Quinn's runners don't often venture this far south so Newcastle winner Not Talking's claims have to be taken seriously. Celian won by 21 lengths at Uttoxeter on Friday but that ended a sequence of four races in which he'd failed to complete and so that effort should be treated with caution. THE HUDNALLS is now a 10-year-old and still chasing a first win but he stays well and will strip fitter for his fifth at Taunton in November - he receives a cautious nomination.
