Hunters Belt is eased in grade and has the past form to figure in a race like this, though this trip looks on the sharp side nowadays. SMADYNIUM has the highest rating of these and is probably the one to beat on his second at Kelso in December, though some rain wouldn't come amiss. Celtic Monarch won a seller over course and distance last June and competed in better company after but hasn't had an outing since November. Roja Dove was second here in a handicap in March in first-time blinkers but the headgear hasn't worked as well since.
