Testing conditions make this an extremely tough task and experience of the ground could be crucial. Paul Deegan has won the race three times in recent years so watch out for a better run from Suelou on her handicap debut. FAIR GAME landed a soft-ground handicap at Tipperary and made a bold attempt to defy an extra 7lb when runner-up at Galway. She's up again here but will be difficult to beat with conditions in her favour. She has the beating of Prove The Point on those two runs but Maoineas could prove a threat. Jim Bolger's filly made her handicap debut on heavy ground here on Monday and ran well despite not getting the clearest of runs. The consistent Smiling Emily is held by the selection on that Tipperary run though she'll enjoy the conditions and can snatch a place again.
