French import SILVER POINT made a highly encouraging debut over hurdles for Evan Williams at Wincanton last month when finding just Nearby too good and he is taken to go one better today, getting the vote over Another Bottle and Bingo des Mottes. Nigel Hawke's gelding has a bit to find with the selection on running at Wincanton but his earlier form was solid and he cannot be discounted. Tim Vaughan's Trevian disappointed at Fakenham when last seen in November but a reproduction of earlier form would give him a chance in this grade. Bill Turner's Psychological ran better at Taunton last time and has chances although more solid claims are held by Another Bottle, who has run with credit over hurdles before and comes here fit from recent starts on the flat. Silver Point looked a future winner on his debut at Wincanton and is taken to open his account today.
