In depth

Verdict

King Crimson takes a big drop in class in attempt to find some form but looks held by Loumarin on their run behind Foxtrot Knight at Windsor earlier this month. Thesme got off the mark in a handicap at Redcar after being placed in maidens at Thirsk and Doncaster and should make a bold bid to follow up but Nigel Tinkler's filly has to give 8lb to OUR LORD because of her penalty. Bill Turner's charge has been getting closer and was possibly a little unlucky when second last time at Bath. Rainbow Orse let supporters down at Redcar last time but still makes more appeal than Lydiate Lady of the others.
