In depth

Verdict

Of the three last-time winners in this, the penalised Fantasy Gladiator makes more appeal than Hamilton scorer Cadmium and Ze King. The latter has yet to show anything on Turf but Bajan Rebel would have claims on her close-up fourth at Beverley in April when 3lb higher. BRIDIE FFRENCH is a couple of pounds lower than when only beaten a short-head at Doncaster in the spring. Her last two starts have been over 7f so she's worth another chance on ground that should suit. Sublimation hasn't won since 2013 and is only a plater nowadays.
