In depth

Verdict

Le Corvee, Salinas and Play Master are three against the field in this competitive handicap hurdle and the vote is given to Le Corvee. The selection won well last time out when beating Thenameescapesme with plenty in hand and although he has a penalty for that win he again has conditions to suit and he will be hard to beat. Salinas rates the main danger on his best form but he was well behind when unseating his rider at the last off this mark last time out and again he looks vulnerable. Play Master is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Storm of Applause. He is sure to have come on for the run and he should be closely watched in the market. Prince Vector has run with promise in three runs to date and has scope for improvement, but he looks to have plenty of weight for what he has actually achieved. Of the others Tom Bell looks vulnerable under top weight and Le Corvee is taken to win again.
