Wasps clash with Exeter at Twickenham Stadium, before the curtain comes down on the domestic season with the Guinness PRO12 final between Munster and Scarlets at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
The Chiefs are competing in their second successive Premiership final this weekend, having lost out to Saracens in last season's showpiece thanks to a late Alex Goode try.
Wasps are taking part in their first Premiership final in almost a decade, with their last appearance coming in the 2007/08 season where they beat Leicester Tigers to lift the silverware.
Munster are familiar with the inner workings of a PRO12 final, having appeared in six and won three, while this will be Scarlets' first outing in a PRO12 final in their history - though they won the title in 2003/04 before play-offs were introduced to the competition.
