Britain won silver and bronze in the women's super-G for visually-impaired athletes on day two of the Winter Paralympics.

Millie Knight and Brett Wild claimed their second silver medals of the Pyeongchang games after the pair also claimed the silver in the downhill skiing event on Saturday.

Team GB team-mates Menna Fitzpatrick and Jen Kehoe finished third to claim bronze.

However, Great Britain's defending world champions Kelly Gallagher and guide Gary Smith finished in a disappointing eighth place.

Slovakia's Henrieta Farkasova and Natalia Subrtova took the gold medal, their second of the Games following a first-placed finish in Saturday's downhill event.

Knight and Wild were the first on the course, which has similar speed and technical features to the downhill, and set the benchmark at one minute, 33.76 seconds.

Farkasova and Subrtova, who have been the form pairing on the World Cup circuit this season, went 3.59 seconds quicker.

After falling on the first bend of Saturday's downhill, Fitzpatrick and Kehoe had a point to prove and did so in style, holding off for their first Paralympic medal.
