George Groves has opened the door to a post-boxing career inside the UFC Octagon.
The three-time super-middleweight world title challenger is focusing on securing a fourth opportunity to win one of boxing's top prizes but is open-minded to switching sports.
Groves revealed he is familiar with MMA training and could strap on a different pair of gloves when his professional boxing days are eventually over.
"I'd certainly never rule it out," he told Sky Sports, speaking at the launch of EA SPORTS UFC 2. "I'd love to have a crack at it. Not quite yet, I've a couple more things to achieve in boxing.
"I'm not much more than an armchair fan who fancies a go but I'd bring entertainment to the sport. I wouldn't mind a go but not against anybody who's too good! Maybe against someone who's from a striking background. I kickboxed as a kid but I was always better with my hands.
"I do a lot of wrestling training just for my own boxing because these guys are freakishly strong; they know how the body works and how to manoeuvre people around."
Groves watched UFC star Conor McGregor's surprise loss to Nate Diaz earlier this month but remains a big supporter of the Irishman.
The Hammersmith puncher admires McGregor's loudmouth approach combined with his boxing-centric skills inside the cage.
"He's a character with no regard for anyone or anything which you admire as a fighter," Groves said. "He bit off more than he could chew by going up two weight classes at short notice.
"This is one of those moments that will make him a much better fighter because he had been having everything his own way.
"I know people who have boxed with him in Ireland - he's from a boxing background. He's certainly a better boxer than the others."
George Groves took on the Finish the Fight Challenge to mark the launch of EA SPORTS UFC 2 . EA SPORTS UFC 2 is out now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. See how Groves got on in the Challenge here
