The battle to become the best heavyweight on the planet is well and truly on.
Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder are the only current title holders but soon we will see how the land lies at the top of the boxing mountain.
Either Joseph Parker or Andy Ruiz Jr and Lucas Browne or Shannon Briggs will follow suit, but the crowd of bigger names and even bigger fights is gathering.
Wladimir Klitschko, David Haye, Luis Ortiz, David Price and of course the man that unlocked the door, Tyson Fury, will play a part to see if we will have one undisputed champion of the world.
With Ortiz making his European debut this weekend in Monte Carlo, Joshua defending his IBF title on December 10 and Parker and Ruiz Jr battling for the vacant WBO on the same day, it will all become a little bit clearer.
We are already looking at unification fights and blockbusting cards for 2017 so to explain where the heavyweight scene is at, and who is at the forefront, Sky Sports' Andy Scott takes a closer look.
