Kell Brook v Siarhei Rabchenko

Kell Brook returns to action in Sheffield, his hometown, in a new weight division on March 3.

The big fight

Brook is rebounding from two damaging defeats, to Gennady Golovkin then Errol Spence Jr, that resulted in each of his eye sockets being broken. Post-surgery he is revitalised and returning at 154lbs, the division that might suit him best.

Belarus' Rabchenko will provide a stern introduction to the new weight category - he is best-known for beating Ryan Rhodes, who comes from the same Ingle gym used by Brook. A measure of revenge may be on the cards.

What is on the line?

Brook's career, frankly. The injuries that came with his back-to-back defeats will have taken their toll, and this fight will provide insight into what Brook might go on to achieve.

A major fight with Amir Khan, who boxes live on Sky Sports in April, looms. But Brook must first impress against Rabchenko and deliver a reminder that he is still one of Britain's most talented fighters.

What else should I watch out for?

Super-bantamweight rivals Gamal Yafai and Gavin McDonnell will meet to determine which man can aspire to a world title shot.

Each of their brothers, Kal Yafai and Jamie McDonnell, are reigning world champions and this fight will crown a WBC 'international' champion, pushing them a step closer to challenging for the top prize. Gavin McDonnell narrowly fell short last year against Rey Vargas with a world title on the line.

Popular heavyweight Dave Allen will finally rematch Lenroy Thomas, a fight that has been brewing for nearly a year. Allen was outpointed by Jamaican southpaw Thomas last May with the Commonwealth title up for grabs and, after impressively sculpting a fitter physique for himself, he will receive a second chance.

How can I watch?
