Kent heavyweight looking to make in impression in Prizefighter

Tom Dallas is hoping Prizefighter - International heavyweights can kick-start his career on Wednesday night. The Kent banger was progressing well with 15 consecutive wins before stepping in at short notice to fight sparring partner David Price last summer. Price promptly knocked Dallas out in the second round and his comeback in March was also a disappointment, when he was stopped in five rounds by veteran Matt Skelton. Dallas will take on the only other Brit in the field - the novice Tom Little - in the quarter-finals and he is hoping it will be the start of a big night in Bethnal Green. "I feel good, I've trained hard and feel good," he said. "I'd rather know a little more about Tom, he's only had three fights but I'll have to be careful whatever. "People ask me about what happened against Pricey and Skelton, and I'm fed up of answering to be honest. "So hopefully I can do well in this and put that behind me. It will boost my career and give me £32 grand!" Little has won all three of his fights on the scorecards but is looking forward to showcasing his skills. "We've had a good preparation, I'm buzzing and can't wait to get up there and show everyone what the new kid on the block has got," he said. "I've only done four round fights anyway so what they've done and what they can do means nothing to me. I only judge people on what they do when they're stood in front of me. "It's a great honour, I'm really pleased to be sharing the ring with some big names."
