Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn is looking to set up Kell Brook versus Amir Khan, possibly in 2015.

The bickering between the two welterweights began within minutes of the Sheffield star being crowned the new IBF welterweight champion following a majority points triumph over Shawn Porter.

The fact is he is going to get it. I know he's back there in the studio watching: listen, you're getting in next boy

Brook's post-fight interviews in California ended up wih him calling out Khan again, demanding an all-British showdown that they both think will fill Wembley.

With one being crowned world champion with the other watching on as part of the Sky Sports team, there was no time for small talk either, with Brook refusing to waste any time.

"Listen, the British public want to see it," Brook told Sky Sports.

"He will probably start saying something else now, that I need to win another world title. But believe me 'Queen' Khan is getting it. He's been putting things on Twitter, bless him, and he's been putting in 'best of luck', but I know he doesn't like me.

Khan is returning to the ring in early December and even though Devon Alexander and Robert Guerrero are the men at the top of the list when it comes to his next opponent, he refused to laugh off Brook's call.

The Bolton fighter admitted his rival has moved up a level since they started calling each other out but still believes he has the experience and the ability to beat him.

"A fight with Kell Brook will be massive in the UK and I am not saying no. Kell thought I would say no to that fight but I am agreeing to it," he said.

"I will take the fight... with both hands. I am a young fighter. I love boxing and I want to give the British fans what they want and come on, let's get it on!"

"I love these big fights. I know what it's like to have tasted them and what it's going to be like at Wembley. It would be amazing if we got it there in the UK but, it's up to my team.

"But look I am ready."
