Chris Eubank Jr will take on the unbeaten Tom Doran on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's maiden world title defence on June 25.
Eubank Jr (22-1-KO17) returns to Sky Sports Box Office with the British middleweight title having recorded a 10th-round stoppage of previous champion Nick Blackwell, who retired from the sport upon waking from an induced coma.
In Doran (17-0-KO7), Eubank Jr faces an unbeaten Welshman who was involved in one of the most entertaining fights of early 2016 when he clambered up from a heavy first-round knockdown to stop Luke Keeler in the second.
The WBA currently rank Eubank Jr second, and the 26-year-old from Brighton is widely expected to fight for a world title in the next 12 months.
His sole career defeat came in November 2014 at the hands of WBO world champion Billy Joe Saunders; a fight Eubank Jr still insists he won.
Eubank Jr was last seen on Sky Sports on December 12, 2015 - halting Gary 'Spike' O'Sullivan after seven brutal rounds on the same night Joshua claimed the British heavyweight title by stopping Dillian Whyte.
