Dominic Breazeale says all the pressure is on IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua ahead of their bout on Saturday night.
The American believes he has nothing to lose going into fight night at The O2 on Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
Breazeale (17-0-KO15) spoke to Sky Sports News HQ at the iconic York Hall where fighters were taking part in a public media workout and insisted he is relishing the prospect of walking into the lion's den in Joshua's home town.
"I'm thinking about coming out to no music at all and just listening to the crowd. It was a warm welcome today, I had a little boos, I had a little cheers. I'm loving it," he said.
"All the Londoners been here, all these meets have been going real well. The ride over was phenomenal, we got a little sunshine this afternoon so I can't complain, I'm loving life.
"I have enough confidence in myself to know that I'm ready to walk into the lion's den and become the new lion of the pride.
"He's got all the pressure and all the distractions, I got my back against the wall and nothing to lose, what better place to be?"
Asked what viewers tuning into the Sky Sports Box Office bout can expect from him, Breazeale added: "They can see a young lion climbing the mountain, someone who is ready to go and confident.
"It is one of those situations where Anthony Joshua is going to hit me, I'm going to hit him back and he is going to be on the canvas.
"It is going to be a fight to remember, two gladiators, two titans, something that people are going to be asking about for years to come."
