Tony Bellew plans to watch Joseph Parker to scout possible opponent

Tony Bellew will be an interested spectator when Joseph Parker defends his WBO heavyweight title against Razvan Cojanu on Saturday...
I rate Anthony Joshua as the best heavyweight in the world, Deontay Wilder is second and Joseph Parker is third. Actually, I rate the guy I've just beaten, David Haye, above both Wilder and Parker.
I don't think Parker is a weak fighter but the heavyweight division has started to pick up again.
Parker is having a laugh with his 22-0 record. The best name on his record is Carlos Takam. I'm 1-0 as a heavyweight and my record is better than Parker and Wilder's put together.
That's not up for debate, it's a fact. Who the hell has Wilder beaten? Bermane Stiverne is his best win, but who's he ever beaten?
I defeated the last undisputed cruiserweight champion since Evander Holyfield by taking his power and dealing with him. I slapped Hayemaker 2:0 all over the ring and that's better than any win from Wilder or Parker.
If the figures add up, I'd fight Parker. I'm not going to go to New Zealand because I'm the third biggest draw in the heavyweight division behind Joshua and Tyson Fury.
In terms of the calibre of fighter and the name, Parker is a step backwards for me. But he's got a world heavyweight title and that's what I want.
I've punched for the first time this week [since my hand injury] and I've had no bad reactions. It's calcified and it's set. I haven't banged hard, but I've punched hard enough to put Parker on his backside.
Joseph Parker vs Razvan Cojanu is live on Sky Sports 3 HD at 11am on Saturday morning.
